Terms of use

Last updated: 17 October 2026. These terms cover the use of this website. The text that stood here before was a casino contract – account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus cancellation, account closure – and described nothing this site actually does. It has been replaced.

1. What this site is

This is an information and review site about online gambling. We are not a casino, not a bookmaker and not the operator we write about. In practice that means:

• we do not open or run gambling accounts;
• we take no deposits, place no bets and pay out no winnings;
• we grant no bonuses, set none of their conditions and cannot cancel them;
• we hold no gambling licence of our own.

If you hold an account with the reviewed operator, your contract is with that operator and the holder of its licence, not with us. Its terms, not these, govern that account.

2. Affiliate links

Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links: if you open an account after following one, we may be paid a commission by the operator. That changes no price for you and gives us no access to your account, your data or your transactions. We say so because it is worth knowing when you read a review. An affiliate link may lead to different destinations depending on the country you open it from.

3. Accuracy, dates and corrections

Every checkable statement on these pages carries the date we read it. Promotions, limits, game lists, payment methods and addresses change without notice, and operators reserve that right in writing: a figure that was correct on 17 October 2026 may not be correct tomorrow. Before you decide anything, open the operator's own terms and read the version in force at that moment. If you find an error on these pages, tell us: we correct it and date the correction.

4. Minimum age and your local law

This content is intended for people who are of legal age where they are, and in no case under 18. The legal status of online gambling differs from country to country and, in some, from region to region: establishing what applies to you is your responsibility. A licence issued in a foreign jurisdiction does not make using a site lawful where you are.

5. Responsible gambling

Gambling is paid entertainment, not a source of income, and no strategy cancels the house edge. Stake only money you can lose without consequences. If gambling is becoming a problem for you or for someone close to you, contact the support services in your country; many offer free, anonymous help. Limit and self-exclusion tools are set with the operator, not with us.

6. Trade marks and intellectual property

All trade marks, trading names and logos mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used here for description and identification only. In particular: Rolex is a registered trade mark of a Swiss watchmaking company that has no connection with the reviewed operator, with this site or with the gambling industry. The similarity of the operator's trading name implies no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. The text and the selection of content on this site are protected by copyright; quoting with attribution is fine, wholesale reproduction is not.

7. Rotating addresses and copycat sites

The reviewed operator changes its address periodically and announces the next one itself. As a result, any address printed in an article is only good as of the date of that article. We cannot guarantee that an address resembling the brand's belongs to the brand: copies under similar names are the most common way of impersonating sites of this kind. Type the brand domain and follow the redirect rather than trusting a number found elsewhere.

8. Limitation of liability

Content is provided «as is», for information, and is not legal, financial or tax advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for gambling losses, for decisions taken on the basis of these pages, for an operator's unilateral change of terms, for a refused payment, for a closed account or for the unavailability of a third-party site. Linked sites are run by others and have terms of their own.

9. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms: the date at the top marks the current version, and using the site after an update counts as acceptance. The law of the publisher's place of establishment applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence. For corrections, content complaints or copyright matters, write through the contact page; for anything concerning a gambling account, your counterparty is the operator and, at second instance, the licence holder named on our licensing page.
